Refund, Cancellation & Reissue Policy

Flight

  • Quick Travel Agency strictly follows the respective airline’s cancellation and reissue policy.

  • Cancellation or reissue requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure time. Otherwise, a no-show penalty may apply as per airline rules.

  • Requests can be submitted directly through Quick Travel Agency’s support team via email, phone, or the official website under the “My Booking” section.

  • A standard service charge will be applicable for any cancellation or reissue request.

  • For payments made through EMI, the applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • After cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for the remaining balance after deducting all applicable charges.

  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of booking.

  • For any additional payment adjustments, convenience charges may apply depending on the selected payment method.

Hotel

Tour

  • Quick Travel Agency follows the tour operator’s cancellation policy for all tour packages.

  • Customers are advised to carefully review the cancellation terms listed under each tour package before booking.

  • To cancel or request a date change, travelers must email us at tours@quicktravelagency.com. Our support team will assist accordingly.

  • For EMI payments, the applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • After cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will only be issued for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original booking.

Visa

  • Visa charges and service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

  • Once a visa application is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
